hello and welcome to the super shadi

if you're looking for a protein drip
salad a grilled chicken salad with
tahini sauce is what I have to offer you
today
sounds really exotic ripe but it's so
super simple chicken as you know is a
quality protein and sesame seeds contain
anti-inflammatory properties and are a
great source of healthy fats so for all
those vegetarians out there you can
replace the chicken with tofu or paneer
the Shahrukh array we have two chicken
breasts we will grill this but before
that we need to marinate it and for
marination we have ginger garlic paste

teaspoon
and a half of lemon juice tablespoon of
olive oil just keeps the moisture in
salt add half a teaspoon of paprika and
a teaspoon of honey
so we marinated our chicken breasts and
we just keep that aside for like 15 to
20 minutes and we get started on our
veggies
tablespoon of olive oil add garlic
two medium onions yes now we add in our
zucchini this will take the longest time
to cook while this is cooking on medium
gas we will now make our chicken now we
add in our mushrooms while our pan is
still getting hot
now we are in our bell peppers corn the
broccoli will go and last because it's
already pre launched we need to cook the
chicken for at least four to five
minutes on each side
we had an acumen powder paprika a
teaspoon each salt Italian herbs pepper
our veggies are done now we just flip
our chicken
we switch off the gas and we let the
chicken cook down put it as a bug deer
hair it's beautiful now for our tahini
salad dressing please refer to the
recipe from last week and we just add
that in we add in a tablespoon of hung
curd a little bit of water
we just add in some coriander
you can add parsley you don't want to
add coriander
that's ready
you had a bit of
microgreens on the side I've got some
walnuts
just to add that crunch some pumpkin
seeds that are roasted yep this is
beauty on a plate so colorful and so
fabulously satiating your grilled
chicken salad with tahini sauce is ready
to be devoured it's low carb high
protein so cooking is all about adapting
your food to suit your taste buds and
