Add 1 cup sweet corn kernels to a cooking pan
Add 1/4th cup water
Close the lid and cook on medium flame till the corn kernels get tender and till the water dries up completely
Slice two tomatoes
De-seed and remove the soft pulp
Make small pieces of sliced tomatoes
Add ½ cup diced carrot to a large empty bowl
Add 1 cup diced cucumber
Add 1/4th cup diced onion
Add 2 diced tomatoes
Add tenderized sweet corn kernels
Add juice of 1 medium sized lemon
Add 1 ½ tablespoon chopped coriander
Add 3/4th teaspoon salt
Add ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
Mix well
Vegetable Salad is ready
