so first things first we're gonna be
seasoning up our chicken in my fall I
have one kilogram of chicken wings that
I cleaned and we so require put a little
drop of olive oil okay with some salt
all right putting about a teaspoon of
salt in there and we're gonna add some
black pepper I always stop seasoning my
chicken with salt and black pepper okay
about a teaspoon freshly ground black
pepper then we're gonna have some Maggi
all-purpose seasoning okay some paprika
I'm adding a little bit of curry powder
as well some complete seasoning and last
but not least some of my homemade green
seasoning now we're just gonna mix it up
okay so this is all done nicely seasoned
and you guys know the drill put some
clear up on top push it to the fridge
for about an hour and then we're gonna
stew this up so now it's time for us to
do our chicken wings when I go ahead and
it's a little bit of oil don't want to
put too much oil about a tablespoon of
oil will do then you want to go in with
some brown sugar
okay I know you just want to stir it up
so as you can see the sugar has now
formed a nice liquid okay and now we
just want it to form up just a bit I
can't keep your eyes on all the sugar we
don't want it to burn okay okay and now
that sugar is nice and golden brown you
want to go into the steel season
and allow it to simmer for about 2-3
minutes in the meantime you want to go
in with that symbol and just add about a
cup and a half of water to the bowl just
to get the leftover seeds me
and then you want to check on your
chicken don't have any listen to the
chicken oh yes
we just wanted to get some nice color
now fight a few of you who worried that
the chicken might taste sweet listen
this is a savory dish I think brownish
your chicken is a savory dish it's not
going to taste sweet at all because of
the sugar it wouldn't be even cooler to
speak okay just so that underneath can
get some color as well and then you just
it's been another five minutes and it's
time to stick my whole chicken wings
again

and now I'm just gonna have this two and
a half cups of water that we added to
our Bowl
now if you look you'll see that my
ketchup is basically finished okay I'm
gonna add just a little bit of water in
there just to get all that leftover
ketchup in the list then let me know in
the comments if you've done this before
so I just added a little water just
wanna shake it up and get every last bit
of ketchup
before we curly the bottle and then just
pour that in okay if you have ketchup
and you've also isn't finished like mine
just add about a tablespoon okay so now
we just want to cover this chicken and
we're gonna let it cook down for about
30 minutes on the low to medium heat and
it will be ready this is chicken wing so
it takes a little to no time to cook
literally point five minutes to cook
okay so these are my wings after about
30 minutes yeah
see we have a nice thick gravy going on
and our wings are okay if I try to break
into one this is just turn it turn it
so next up we're gonna be making a
banana salad okay and I have about five
grains of green banana this is a very
simple banana salad its quarantine time
I was able to get this from my local
store down the road so we're just gonna
add a little bit of salt I did wash my
bananas I'm gonna be boiling them with
the skin and now I just want to go any
water okay
don't want to put too much water and
we're also adding just a little bit of
lime juice in the water to prevent the
bananas from turning black when they're
boiling and allow it to boil for about
15-20 minutes and we're gonna allow it
to cool so my bananas are nicely cooked
okay and want me to know if it's cooked
you will see that at the banana I
started to split on this side that lets
you know that it is cooked or you can
also just go in me for fork you need the
in easily then you know it is
also cooked okay
I'm gonna love it too cool and then
we're gonna peel it off
oh it's good for us to make the mix veg
for our bananas salad so going with a
little bit of oil then we're also gonna
just add some spring onions to the pot
I mix it up and then we're going in with
palm leaf edge now if you have kind mix
vegetables that will work as well okay
I'm just using it up I'm gonna go in
with some vegetable seasoning this is in
the test card this is where I give this
one from okay and I'm just putting some
straight from the packet
black pepper in there as well now this
just take anywhere okay now usually I
would boil it a bit of tuna fish in
there if I have some fish I had some in
there as well but listen this is
Florentine science and if you can save
on some ingredients I think you should
do that okay I can always just use the
tuna fish or the salt fish another day
so it won't be wasting it in this okay
the banana sod is just as tasty without
the soul fish or the tuna fish okay so
this is nicely done we're going to set
this one aside to cool while we fill the
banana
okay so now it's time for us to chop our
bananas okay very easy just want to make
a line to go down in the middle like so
okay get rid of any impurities as you go
along okay
and make a line over there like so and
then you just want to slice it into the
bowl
and now you just want to go in with your
niggas vegetables' that she is sought
ain't you got some serious earlier guys
that was all dead
and now we're gonna add some mayonnaise
now listen the mayonnaise is optional
but I love to add some Mayo in my banana
salad okay okay guys as you can see
banana salad is looking gorgeous nice
and tasty I don't need to add any more
seasonings to this because the
vegetables were seasoned in not all done
that looks really good really really
nice and fresh gonna make some rice a
little bit of salt I'm making 2 cups of
rice so I have two and a half cups of
water in there and I'm just gonna go in
with a little bit of butter
I can't stir that in today I'm gonna be
adding some broccoli to my rice okay
I'm also adding some fresh thyme in
there as well okay go ahead and just put
the lid on and turn the heat down low
and allow it to steam nice - so this is
the rice oh yes Buffy if the broccoli in
there guys looks really tasty I have
some nice flavor from the fresh thyme as
well absolutely beautiful
sir tasty so now we're gonna work on a
little fresh salad okay I've got some
avocado this is half of an avocado I've
got some lettuce I've got some tomato
and I've got a piece of good karma so
I'm gonna just set this to one side I
actually just want to work on them
individually okay so all my ingredients
are nicely washed and now we just want
to go ahead and just slice up the
cucumbers okay now you can use your
grater you can use whatever you like but
I like to slice mine up like this okay
there you have it guys this looks
beautiful and then I'm just gonna go in
with a little bit of olive oil okay just
a little bit of olive oil on the top
like so because we want to keep this a
lot nice and fresh and then I'm going in
with a line okay and you just want to
squeeze the lime just on the top hair
like so this will just prevent
everything from going but it sprinkle
salt on the top they use a fork so just
give this a quick mix okay and my salad
will be done as you can see nice and
fresh carrots a nice and crunchy story
is the cucumbers and everything else
okay you must try this very simple
simple simple little recipe okay all
done
so now you just want to store it in the
fridge till on your lunch
we'll be making some lemonade and I've
got two limes over here
okay this is my limes I also have two
oranges as well and we just want to
squeeze it in July so
okay now we just want to discard these I
have something that's kind of fun I
would say into just like stop just go
and I'm going in with some mixed essence
as well as some gorgeous they're up one
that's all as always just push it into
the fridge so this is the finished
product from today's cook with me from
start to finish we have my beautiful
steer chicken wings we have my fresh
salad going on
we have my bananas a lot over here and
we have some broccoli rice over here
